Culture & Tingz is a Caribbean-inspired lifestyle brand. All products are individually made-to-order using trusted print-on-demand partners. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following disclaimers and policies.

1. GENERAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

  • All products, artwork, and sayings are created for personal, cultural, motivational, and lifestyle use.

  • Designs reflect Caribbean culture, language, humor, and spirituality and are not professional, legal, medical, or religious advice.

  • Product images and descriptions represent our items as accurately as possible, but minor variations in color, print placement (up to ~0.5"), scale, and material texture can occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

  • A small Culture & Tingz brand mark may appear in the bottom-left or bottom-right corner of the artwork unless otherwise stated.

  • Made-to-order products cannot be returned to inventory once produced.

2. PRODUCT USAGE DISCLAIMERS

Mugs & Drinkware

  • Suitable for hot and cold beverages.

  • Ceramic: Microwave & dishwasher safe; handwash recommended for print longevity.

  • Glass: Not microwave safe; handwash only; may heat up with hot liquids.

  • Not intended for commercial food service.

Clothing (Hoodies, Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, Beanies, Hats, Scarves)

  • Wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle.

  • Hang dry preferred; tumble dry low if needed.

  • Do not iron directly on printed areas.

  • Print and fabric variation across batches is normal for custom-printed apparel.

Home Goods (Blankets, Pillows, Wall Art)

  • Blankets: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low; avoid harsh chemicals.

  • Pillows: Spot clean or remove cover (when applicable).

  • Wall Art: Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Games & Accessories (Puzzles, Playing Cards, Magnets)

  • Puzzles: Keep dry; moisture may warp cardboard.

  • Playing Cards: Store flat; avoid bending.

  • Magnets: Indoor use recommended; adherence varies by surface.

Doormats

  • Made with natural coir fibers—initial shedding is normal.

  • For covered outdoor or indoor use only.

  • Shake or brush clean; do not machine wash.

  • Not intended for wet/slippery surfaces without additional backing.

3. REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Culture & Tingz products are made-to-order, so we follow strict print-on-demand policies.

We will replace or refund for:

Only if reported within 30 days of delivery:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Misprints or manufacturing errors

Requirements:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

  • Order number
    (Claims missing required info may be denied per print provider policy.)

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong color selected

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Slight color or placement variations within normal manufacturing tolerance

Exchanges (Store Credit Only)

  • 14-day exchange window for unused items in original condition.

  • Exchanges are processed as store credit, not refunds.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Bundles/BOGO items receive prorated credit based on the kept item.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once postage is repaid.

  • Lost package claims will be investigated with our print partner.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

4. SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

  • Production Time: Typically 3–7 business days.

  • Transit Time:

    • USA: 3–6 business days

    • International: varies by destination

  • Multiple-item orders may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

  • Holidays and peak seasons may cause carrier delays.

  • Culture & Tingz is not responsible for injuries, damages, or misuse of products.

  • Not liable for shipping delays, carrier damage, or lost/stolen packages after delivery.
